Straight from the High Country

Fresh-Cut
Christmas Trees

Every winter we bring Fraser firs down from the North Carolina mountains — the tree the rest of the country wishes it grew — along with handmade wreaths and garland.

The Carolina Classic

Why Fraser Fir

Fraser firs grow best above 3,000 feet, and the North Carolina High Country grows the best of them — soft blue-green needles, strong branches for heavy ornaments, and the best needle retention of any Christmas tree you can buy.

Ours come from small mountain growers we know personally, cut fresh near the end of November — not stockpiled in a lot since Halloween. That's why they smell the way a Christmas tree is supposed to smell, all the way to New Year's.

Wreaths and garland are made by hand from the same fresh boughs.
